My name is Holly, and I am a certified trauma therapist. I specialize in helping people recover from difficult past experiences, whether they have been labeled as trauma, and PTSD, or not. Our experiences are individual, and personal, and what is easy for one person to move on from can be more challenging for someone else.

My goal is to help you find empowerment in your life again. My approach includes methods that enhance, and go beyond talk therapy, to promote healing on multiple levels. Completing therapy with me often means you feel relief, greater peace, more closeness in your relationships, and increased openness to the flow of being alive, and all its wonderful possibilities for a rich and meaningful life.
